regardless of any statute or law to the
contrary, any claim or cause of action arising

Agreement must be filed within one (1) year
after such claim or cause of action arose or be
forever barred. Any legal action or proceeding
between John Rakoci, and/or its affiliates and
you related to this Agreement shall be brought
exclusively in federal district court.
